Baroque Motifs -A Fabulous Stampin' Up! Rubber Stamp Set for Wedding Cards ... Ann Craig, Independent Demonstrator, Stampin' Up!

I fell in love with this new Baroque Motifs rubber stamp set when I first saw it in the catalogue, and immediately thought of lots of different ways to use it.

This is the first card I have made using it, and it was determined by a workshop booking.

The hostess wanted some ideas for wedding cards, and to make one for the Make & Take. We did 2 cards - this one and another very modern card in black, white and silver.

All images copyright Stampin' Up!

I stamped the swirly image twice with Versa Mark onto Bashful Blue card stock- just off-setting them a little - and then embossed with silver embossing powder.

On a separate piece of card stock I stamped about 6 of the circular motif. I didn't plan on using 6 for this card, but I thought it would be a very handy motif to have available for other projects. This saves quite a bit of time later, as now they are ready for cutting. Bashful Blue and Orchid Opulence inks were then sponged over the image and around the card edges. We then swiped the edges with Versa Mark and embossed them too.

Other Stampin' Up! products used are

Silver organdy ribbon -no longer available but could be replaced by Bashful Blue Grosgrain or Tafetta Ribbon

Rhinestone Brads- Ice (these are new and very gorgeous)

Occasional Greetings stamp set - for the Mr and Mrs tag

Stampin' dimensionals and

Confetti White Cardstock
