"distINKtive designs" team chatter - January 2009
Hi girls and welcome to "distINKtive designs" team chatter 2009. I hope the year brings you all that you hope for, both in your family life and your Stampin' life.
We've started the year really well with 2 new members - 1 recruited by Shelly, and 1 recruit for me. The really terrific news is that it means promotions for both of us.
Shelley has promoted to SUPERVISOR and I have promoted to MANAGER. How good is that? I think it's fabulous because we are all achieving some of our goals, plus the MANAGER position comes with a $300.00 product bonus. I'm going to wait for the new Catalogue in April to get my stuff, so I'll have a few of the new stamp sets. Whoopee!
We now have 3 Supervisors in our group, and all of you who are Senior Associates with rolling annual sales of more than $4,800.00 can promote to Supervisor with just one recruit. So have a good think about the people you've met through stamping - your hostesses, or very crafty workshop attendees and Offer them the Opportunity to join you in what you find so much fun. As you all know, you can create a business or be smart and save 20% off your own purchases - either way it's a winner.
Now a little carrot to dangle in front of our Supervisors, Melissa, Shelley and Chantal. When you promote to Senior Supervisor (just 2 more recruits) you will receive a one off product bonus of $200.00. Good luck to each of you.
As I'm writing this I've just received an email from the Australian Cardmaking Stamping and Papercraft magazine, advising me that they would like one of my cards for an upcoming publication. I'm very excited as this will be my first published card. Next aim is to get a full spread of a number of cards, but at least I've taken the first step.
I have to find the December stats to post and will add some examples of some of the cards in the Aboriginal series I made in a post tomorrow, meanwhile the NEW PASSWORD FOR THIS "distINKtive designs" LINK WILL BE
